Refund policy

Full refunds are provided for a manufacturing defect only. Returns must be free of damage and dirt marks. The refund will be processed within 7 business days from the receipt date of the returned product.

 IMPORTANT
Labels are adhered to the outside of your box instructing you to NOT use a knife to slice open the box. There’s a very good chance you may also slice the mat and any other product in the box.  KYP is NOT responsible for slices across a mat, block, or towel. Please cut the ends of the box and remove/rip the tape from the top or bottom of the box. 

ORDERS RETURNED UNDELIVERABLE
If an order is returned undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided, we will contact you to obtain a correct address and reship your order.  An additional ship fee will be charged to your credit card for redelivery.

 SHIPPING COSTS- WHO'S RESPONSIBLE
KYP will email a prepaid, FedEx or UPS ground label if the reason for the return was our fault, such as:

  • We shipped the wrong item
  • Item defective within 30-days of your receipt (photos must be emailed to contact@koayogaproducts.com for approval)
  • Item took too long to be received (all orders shipped ground)

The customer is responsible for return ship fees if:

  • Changed your mind after the item shipped (picked up by carrier)
  • Tried KYP and just not loving the product; you want to try something else
  • Product description inaccurate
  • Refusing delivery and product returned to KYP warehouse. The return ship fee will be charged to your account

 

LIABILITY
Koa Yoga Products does not offer medical advice on the use of equipment.  Please consult your physician prior to use of the products purchased.  The purchaser has the responsibility of ensuring the KYP item is properly maintained.  Use caution of wet equipment, as they become slippery. KYP, its owners, and representatives disclaim any liability for injury caused by the use of the products.  By purchasing KYP items, you acknowledge receipt of warnings and limitations of liability.
